崗位職責/Job Responsibilities
- 向客人提供高品質的服務。
Deliver high quality service to guests
- 協(xié)調康樂設施和設備的所有保養(yǎng)工作。
Co-ordinate the maintenance of all recreational facilities and equipment
- 負責所有對客服務的安全 。
Responsible for the safety of all guest services
- 對部門的產品及服務的銷售工作進行管理。
Manage the sale and promotion of departmental products and services
- 協(xié)助新產品和服務的開發(fā)工作。
Assist with the development of new products and services
- 遵守酒店和企業(yè)指導方針(如標識指導方針安全指導方針等)。
Comply with all Hotel and corporate guidelines (eg signage guidelines, safety guidelines, etc)
- 遵守部門清潔和保養(yǎng)規(guī)定。
Adhere to departmental cleaning and maintenance programs

Problem solving and organizational abilities.
- 具備較強的賓客服務意識和專業(yè)技能
Good guests service sense and professional skills.
