Primary Responsibilities 主要職責(zé):
Be responsible for the daily operation of the spa ensuring all productivity and expense controls are followed, as well as ensuring that all revenue opportunities will be capitalized upon. The Spa reception agent and membership consultant is responsible for the establishment and execution of clear short term and longterm goals as set by the Wellness Director. Including the daily leadership of the spa, fitness &recreationteam, membership business and strategic directions of the business including the marketing and social activities to promote the spa and wellness facilities.
The Spa reception agent and membership consultant must have a good grasp of designing and performing all spa therapies and is required to act as a Spa Ambassador by possessing a thorough knowledge ofall Spa services, merchandise, facilities and operations.
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
Tour prospective spa Guests.
Identify new business and marketing opportunities.
Provide and take responsibility for the professional delivery of all information on the telephone and in person to all potential spa Guests.
Promote all hotel and spa packages and promotions.
Administration and implementation of staff training in all aspects of the spa’s operations i.e. business telephone usage, guest relations, spa services (massage, body scrubs, facials etc.), retail sales etc.
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

帶領(lǐng)潛在的水療顧客參觀水療。
發(fā)掘新的生意和市場(chǎng)信息。
通過(guò)電話或當(dāng)面給所有潛在客戶提供專業(yè)的信息。
積極對(duì)酒店和水療包價(jià)和促銷活動(dòng)進(jìn)行促銷。
合理安排并完成所有員工在運(yùn)作上的全方位培訓(xùn)工作,例如電話禮儀,顧客關(guān)系,零售銷售,水療服務(wù)(身體去角質(zhì)、按摩、面部護(hù)理等等)。
遵守酒店安全、消防法規(guī)和所有健康與安全制度。
Knowledge and Experience 知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn):
Good oral and written communication skills.
Hotel Restaurant Management graduate.
Associate degree or above.
Experienced in all aspects of Spa and recreation service.
Min3-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel chain.
良好的口頭及書面溝通能力。
酒店管理專業(yè)畢業(yè)。
全日制大專(含)以上學(xué)歷。
水療和康體服務(wù)的各方面豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
至少3年酒店相關(guān)運(yùn)做經(jīng)驗(yàn),最好具有國(guó)際連鎖酒店工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
