    KEY RESULT AREAS 主要工作職責(zé) 1. Enhances guest recognition at all times by addressing guests by name and interacting with them on a professional level. 任何時候都要以客人的名字稱呼客人, 用專業(yè)的水平和客人交流。 2. Always offers an alternative if a requested service is unavailable. 在某些項目不允許的情況下要給客人提供多重選擇。 3. Always visible to guests by being present at the reception desk. 當(dāng)客人出現(xiàn)在前臺時要在第一時間內(nèi)察覺, 并給予專業(yè)服務(wù)。 4. Be fully conversant with Spa services and facilities in order to be able to make helpful recommendations, and to be able to up-sell Spa services and Spa products. 對于水療的各種服務(wù)項目和設(shè)施設(shè)備要熟記于心, 便于隨時對服務(wù)和產(chǎn)品進行升級銷售。 5. Answers telephone calls in a professional, courteous and polite manner in accordance with hotel’s standards. 按照酒店的規(guī)定,專業(yè),客氣,有禮貌的接聽來電。 6. Accepts and accurately record all guest bookings for Spa services in accordance with departmental procedures. 按照本部門的程序,接受和準確的為客人預(yù)定。 7. Ensure that all cashiering functions are carried out in accordance with hotel’s accounting procedures. 確保所有的出納運作都與酒店財務(wù)部的操作程序保持一致。 8. Accepts responsibility for, and to show initiative in decision making when handling minor guest objections, in order to enhance guest satisfaction. 承擔(dān)責(zé)任, 在處理一些低級客人的無理要求時要表現(xiàn)出果斷的判斷力,以提高客人的滿意度。
