Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to all guest concerns, comments or complaints with discretion and urgency.
- Provide explanations of services provided and spa & Recreation specialties.
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times, including in-house guests, day guests, and telephone enquiries.
- Preparing of the daily refreshment (food and beverages) as necessary for the daily operation of the spa & Recreation.
- Participate in deep cleaning tasks during down time as requested by management.
- Confirm all upcoming appointments and treatments.
- Assist the Supervisor with guest relations and scheduling when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years’ experience in 5 star Luxury Hospitality required.
- Able to work independently, reliable, self-directed.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English, Mandarin or Cantonese.
